Receiving and forwarding incoming calls to the company;
Receiving and forwarding incoming mail;
To plan the work schedule of translators and correctly distribute orders;
Reception, registration and delivery of incoming and outgoing documents (by post, courier)
Welcoming guests
Fulfilling direct tasks of the director;
To carry out the necessary activities regarding the current economic activities of the offices;
