As we leave another year behind, we look back with pride at the achievements, experience gained, and new directions shaped by the Avrasiya Translation Center. The year 2025 was marked by growth, renewal, and expanded cooperation opportunities for our organization.
Expanding Cooperation Network and a Strengthened Partnership Culture
This year saw a significant expansion of our partnership network. New collaborations established across various sectors enabled us to provide services on a broader scale, increase the scope of our projects, and further strengthen our position in the market. The trust shown by our new partners and the continued mutual support with our existing partners stand among the most valuable achievements of 2025. Each collaboration realized together reinforced the foundation for future success.
Innovation-Oriented Management and a New Level of Operational Efficiency
As a company, we placed greater emphasis on innovation this year to enhance service quality.
Through the adoption of new technological tools, optimization of workflows, and the implementation of flexible approaches in internal processes, service delivery became more efficient and precise. Modernization initiatives across all areas of our operations not only increased team productivity but also ensured faster and more convenient services for our clients.
Developing Young Talent and Strengthening Team Capacity
The development of our team was one of our key priorities in 2025. Through our internship programs, we provided young professionals with opportunities to experience a real working environment, supporting them in identifying and improving their skills. At the same time, training sessions organized for our employees contributed to both the renewal of knowledge and the formation of more professional specialists. After all, a strong team is the driving force behind sustainable success.
“Translation School” – Training and Certification
The Center’s Translation School program continued throughout 2025. The program covers topics such as translation rules, working on common errors, familiarity with real working environments, professional ethics, and work principles. Young participants who successfully complete the program are awarded certificates and letters of recommendation. This initiative demonstrates that Avrasiya Translation Center is not only a provider of translation services, but also an active organizer of educational, experiential, and professional development projects for young people.
Cooperation with Universities and Engagement with Youth
Starting from February 2025, final-year students majoring in translation in various languages from several universities began their industrial internships at the Avrasiya Translation Center. During the internship period, students acquired practical knowledge of fundamental translation principles, effective use of dictionaries, document translation, and editing techniques. In addition, within the framework of cooperation with various universities, young people were offered training, consultation, and career guidance opportunities. Such meetings and events facilitated their adaptation to real working environments.
